Who we are

What we collect

• Systems Check: your answers and score, first name, email, business name, trade, monthly revenue band, and WhatsApp number.
• Contact card: your answer to our research question and your email.
• Anything you send us by WhatsApp, email, or phone.

Why we use it

• To send your result, fix plan, or research write-up, and to talk to you about them. The basis is your consent, given by ticking the box.
• To reply when you contact us, and to run any work you agree to. The basis is taking steps at your request, or our contract with you.

We don't sell your data. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or emailing us.

Where it's stored

In our CRM, HighLevel (GoHighLevel), and our email and messaging providers, including WhatsApp. Some of these providers store data outside the UK. [Confirm each provider's transfer safeguards before publishing.]

How long we keep it

Your rights
